Safety@Heart Award Scheme

At Spalding Energy, Health and Safety is of the utmost priority in everything that we do and in 2009 we introduced a behavioural based safety programme, from which, following a team competition to find a suitable name, Safety@Heart was born.

This programme not only includes all of our staff, but visitors and contractors alike. Contractors are also invited to participate in an award scheme, which will recognise the winning company’s outstanding commitment to site safety.

The winning company receives a prestigious crystal trophy and will be named Spalding Energy’s Safety@Heart Contractor of the year, additionally they will receive artwork to use on letterheads and stationery to publicise this achievement.
